Required Additional Items

  1. You as the client pay for the payroll checks. The higher the quantity in increments of 500 the more savings you'll receive.  If you are doing your own accounting in house and are using computer checks, let us know the software and version.  If your checks are compatible with the system we use, then you can provide us with a supply.
  2. Garnishments are $1.50 for each check created for each garnishment
  3. The annual Form W-3 Transmittal. $15.00.
  4. W-2 Wage and Tax Statement with envelopes for each employee. $10.00 each. Exceeding 25 W-2's, the total will be recalculated at $7.50 each.
  5. Additional State Returns - Wisconsin, Indiana, etc. $25.00 each per quarter.
  6. Customized Reporting. If you wish, we can design reports to your specifications. The cost to design the reports are based on their complexity. The actual printing of the reports, will be included in your payroll package.
