Accounting Support Services offers the following Payroll services to our accounting or bookkeeping clients.   We do not offer standalone Payroll services.

In today's fast paced and forever changing payroll environment does it makes sense to do your payroll yourself? How many times are the Federal and State Government going to change the withholding tax rates? If so, will you know about it in time? How much will it cost you in the long run?

Accounting Support Services offers a personalized payroll service. We offer a variety of payroll service packages to meet the demanding requirements of state and federal tax laws. From the very basic payroll service to the very complex, we leave nothing to chance. If you have one employee or one hundred, it doesn't matter. Withholding and paying those taxes on time is essential. We charge an annual fee based on your payroll schedule and bill for the services on  monthly basis.  You know up front how much it will cost you each and every time.

The only thing you will ever have to worry about is signing the checks and the forms. You'll never have to worry about filling out forms, creating a check, or the due dates. You will always have each and every form in plenty of time before the due dates.

Ideally, the best time to start a payroll service is at the beginning of a New Year or new quarter. If you never did payroll in the past, anytime is a good time to start. Depending on the number of employees, at any given time at least two weeks before the New Year or new quarter is needed to set up the service and to have payroll checks printed.

Payroll hours are to be faxed in or e-mailed by specific times to allow plenty of time for delivery so the checks can arrive on time for your payday. Or, if you wish, we can telephone your office at a specific time to record the payroll hours.
